Crisis / Professional Telephone Consultation & Counseling Services
Crisis Telephone Consultation and Counseling (CTCC) service is available to established clients only. As an established client you will have access to professional, clinical support outside of scheduled, in office visits during times of crisis. Unlike a regionally based crisis hotline, you will have access to a clinical professional who is knowledgeable about your situation and circumstances that can effectively support and encourage you through challenging situations that occur outside normal business hours or between appointments. CTCC is not a substitute for in office therapy visits, however, it is a service that is available during times of crisis and is to be utilized, only in times of crisis.
Professional Consultation and Counseling (PCC) services are for established clients that are unable to make office visits due to extended travel or unexpected changes in scheduling. This is not a substitute for in-office visits, however it is a service solution available to established clients in response to today’s increasingly mobile work force and to provide an additional medium for support when unexpected changes occur in scheduling. In office, person-to-person sessions are far superior to any alternative medium of communication or therapy. Unlike the fore mentioned “crisis calls”, Professional Consultation and Counseling services must be scheduled in advance.
