Individual Counseling Services
Individual counseling is basically a collaborative effort between you and your counselor. My goal is to provide an open, supportive, and confidential environment for you to address the issues that are concerning you.
I believe the foundation for effective therapy is a safe and nurturing relationship. When a nurturing relationship is combined with clinically effective, scientifically-proven techniques and accountability, profound transformation can occur.
